Nirman Sramik Pucca Ghar Yojna in Odisha

BHUBANESWAR: Prior to notification for the next panchayat elections three tires set in February 2017, the Odisha government on Friday asked the district collectors to release the first tranche of housing for the rural

population by 18 December.

Nirman Sramik Pucca Ghar Yojna ke form online bhare ja sakte hai, Jo log Odisha mein rahte hai wo aur jinke pas apna ghar nahi ha wo sabhi es yojna ka labh le sakte hai.

The leadership in this regard was published by Secretary-General A P Padhi at a video conference with district collectors. During state prosecutor 2015-16 had met the national benchmark completing six lakh units of rural housing project.

In reviewing the progress made in plans for rural housing, Padhi led collectors to disburse the first installment of all PMAY homes (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts until 15 December, the houses.

Collectors were also directed to speed up the disbursement of funds under Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana and Nirman Sramik Pucca Ghar Yojna in a week, said a statement adding that Padhi also ordered officials to fill in all incomplete houses by the end of January 2017 .

Meanwhile, rural housing units Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana under (PMAY), Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana (BPGY) and Nirman Sramik Pucca Ghar Yojana has been increased to Rs 1,30,000 and Rs 1,20,000 in the PAI Integrated action) and non-IPA districts, respectively, starting this year.

Previously, the housing unit of approved amount was Rs 75,000 and Rs 70,000 districts IAP to districts that are not part of the IPA. “The punishment has been improved, collectors should ensure the maintenance of quality standards in the construction of houses,” Padhi said after the meeting.

Panchayati Raj Secretary DR Singh said 6 lakh houses completed last year, about 4 lakh was completed on 8 December 2015. During the year, the revised government guidelines of India was received on 20 November to Many projects could not start early.
From now on, 1.37 lakh houses have been completed. Other than that, around 3.77 lakh houses were taken for construction during the year. Padhi headed the Panchayati Raj Department and collectors from all districts to complete these homes between March and May 2017.
